You can never persuade someone if you have no empathy for them. Even if, by luck, you persuade...it’s a matter of time before they change their mind.

PHASE #3: Now people are begging to be led.
If you want to persuade people NOW, it’s not enough to give them a good pitch. That game is outdated.
Now you must learn how to completely create a breakthrough in their mind.
